Had five doors and openers installed back in late September October was exceptionally happy with the install and quality and everything about the transaction. Since the Install, we’ve had two issues come up with the garage doors nothing to do with Smoky Mountains install, Owner Error. One of the incidents was on a Friday. Michael came out on Saturday and fixed it. Today’s incident was at the day incident and Michael came out this evening at 8:30 and corrected the problem. These guys are unbelievable. I would highly recommend using them and will always be a customer.

Michael came over within one hour , very courteous and friendly, repaired broken spring in the one door and I had him replace another spring in another door “getting old” and he also put new rollers on both doors, they were originals and adjusted both doors so they go up and down properly and lubricated them!! The two men that replaced our garage door did an amazing job!!! They were kind and helpful!!! They helped my husband and I realize that we needed to install a new garage door opener, which they later installed.
